When you submit a form, request a kit, or join the newsletter, we process the information you enter so we can answer the request. Email delivery may use Resend, and qualified enquiries may be recorded in our Twenty CRM. We do not ask for veterinary records or other sensitive health information through these forms.

PostHog helps us understand which pages work and where the site breaks. Before consent it runs without cookie persistence or session replay.
