Information you provide

When you submit a form, request a kit, or join the newsletter, we process the information you enter so we can answer the request. Email delivery may use Resend, and qualified enquiries may be recorded in our Twenty CRM. We do not ask for veterinary records or other sensitive health information through these forms.

Analytics and consent

PostHog and Google Analytics 4 measure public page visits and selected interactions only after you accept analytics. Microsoft Clarity requires the separate optional replay choice and masks page text and form inputs. We exclude private routes and sensitive URLs from these tools and do not send form contents or chat messages. Reopen Cookies to change your choices; withdrawing analytics or replay removes their browser cookies and storage and reloads the page to unload the tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides separate site performance and traffic measurements through the hosting layer, independently of these optional trackers; its totals are not combined with PostHog or GA4.

Visitors from the United States and a few other countries outside Europe see a notice instead of the opt-in: PostHog and Google Analytics start on arrival, and “Opt out” stops them and clears their storage; replay still waits for your “OK”. Visitors in Europe, visitors whose country is unknown and browsers that send Global Privacy Control keep the opt-in. The country comes from one request to Cloudflare’s own address (/cdn-cgi/trace) and is not stored. The consent notice also sends PostHog one anonymous count when it appears and one when you choose (the button, the page path and the regime), with a new random identifier each time, no cookie and nothing stored in your browser.

Travelpayouts Drive

Travelpayouts Drive loads only after you accept. It may analyse page content and visitor interactions, convert eligible travel links into affiliate links, add contextual recommendations or previews, and report clicks and bookings. Furry Guardian may earn a commission from resulting bookings at no extra cost to you.

Travelpayouts describes its processing in its privacy policy and cookie policy. Choosing essential only prevents Drive from loading.
