Source authorities first
We monitor the destination authorities, not other blogs. The source is named on each guide where the data exists.

The first move nearly broke me: conflicting forums, out-of-date blog posts, a titer test I booked a month too late. My dog made it, but I promised myself the next person wouldn’t have to guess.
Furry Guardian is the resource I wish I’d had: country rules checked against the actual authorities, gear we’ve used on real trips, and two tools that answer the scariest questions in a minute.
We monitor the destination authorities, not other blogs. The source is named on each guide where the data exists.
When a rule changes, the country page is updated and re-stamped with the date you can see for yourself.
Anything health-related is checked by a licensed veterinarian before it goes live, and we name them where that review exists.
We will never recommend gear we wouldn’t use, never sell fear, and never let an affiliate link change our honest opinion. If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so. Read the full affiliate disclosure.
