1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Furry Guardian ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by AI Jungle ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Furry Guardian is a community-powered pet safety platform that allows users in gated communities and housing societies to:

  • Register pets and their associated walkers
  • Submit and receive community watch reports
  • Build and view walker reputation profiles
  • Receive safety alerts and notifications

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Community Guidelines

When using Furry Guardian, you agree to:

  • Submit truthful and accurate reports
  • Not file false, malicious, or misleading reports against walkers or community members
  • Not use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone
  • Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Respect the privacy and dignity of all users, including walkers
  • Use the reporting feature responsibly and in good faith

5. Reporting & Moderation

Reports submitted through Furry Guardian are moderated using AI and human review. We reserve the right to:

  • Remove reports that violate community guidelines
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly submit false reports
  • Disclose reporter identity to law enforcement if required by law

6. Walker Dispute Process

Walkers who receive reports have the right to dispute them and submit counter-evidence. The dispute process is designed to be fair to both pet owners and walkers. We do not guarantee any particular outcome of a dispute.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, videos, text). By submitting content, you grant Furry Guardian a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purposes of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer

Furry Guardian is a community tool, not a substitute for professional animal welfare services or law enforcement. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted reports. We are not responsible for the actions of walkers, pet owners, or community members.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Jungle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
